I'm looking to arrange an end-of-tenancy clean for our one-bedroom flat in the chinese quarter, as we'll be moving out around the weekend of 5 December. We're hoping to have the clean done on Sunday 6 December, if you have availability. Could you please let me know how much you would charge for a one-bedroom flat and what is included in the end-of-tenancy clean? In particular, could you let me know whether the price includes the oven, inside cupboards, bathroom and kitchen appliances? The exact moving date isn't completely confirmed yet, but we're currently looking at that weekend. Many thanks, Kind regards, Léa Nakache
